Practice Preparation and Team Suit Guidelines

Preparing for Practice

Arrive to practice early to help your swimmer get ready. Please ensure you help your swimmer prepare by applying sunscreen and making sure they have a dry-land towel before practice begins.

Your swimmer should arrive wearing a swimsuit and they will need the following items for practice:

• 2 pairs of goggles (it is always helpful to have a spare, as goggles often break or get lost)
• Towel
• Swim cap (optional and provided by the club at the first practice)

Team Suits

A race suit is required for meets. You can purchase the team suit for this season (which is the same as last season) at:

Toad Hollow, located at 1590 Lancaster Ave, Paoli.

Purchasing the team suit is optional; alternatively, you may buy a different race suit in our team colors, black and royal blue. We strongly recommend visiting Toad Hollow for sizing, as it is important that suits fit properly. The staff at Toad Hollow are very knowledgeable and can assist you in finding the right fit.

Minis Suit Requirements

MINIS do NOT need a team suit or race suit.
